November the 20th 1993
You name it I’ve been called it!
‘Kef breath’
“Shocking, your breath is shocking” quoted a resident.
“Who’s been eating garlic?” another bellowed.
I wouldn’t mind but I thought I’d ralphed up that bloody curry?
Obviously not.
After my wild bender!
“Good job I’m not a vampire” Christine laughed.
Then to top the ‘plums in the pudding’ off.
Boss-Man strolls in wafting his hands .
Wouldn’t mind wafting his hairs on his ‘fandango’
(Sorry I saw Queen last night .
A tribute band. Can’t you just tell?)

There’s a Coffee morning at work .
Was hoping for a ginormous slab of homemade coffee cake to soak the beers I’d guzzled.

Instead a big piece of Parkin was bought and home made biscuits.

Spotted Slow Coach purchasing a rather large (ram in your mouth ) slavering cream cake.

“Bang goes your diet!” I jested.

Afterwards she came up to me.
Her hands holding the big cream cake.
I was dribbling like Alan Shearer.
Looking at this man-size cake.

“Oh you can have the cream cake Fiona?”

I suddenly felt guilty.
Poor Slow Coach.
One thing was for sure.
I was getting rather good at putting my feet in it!
Not the sponge cake but just not thinking what I was saying.
I’d obviously made her feel not too good about buying a cream cake but it wasn’t intentional.
It was a genuine joke that I’d cracked but not thought about properly!

Showed Gran the Parkin.
“Here have a sniff” I egged Gran on.

Gran did then put the Parkin straight into her bag and handed me 50p.

Cute Gran!
